Microgreens are known to have four to 40 times the nutrients of fully-grown plants.  Grown hydroponically on coconut fiber, they are living until you harvest them.  Adding intense flavor to salads, sandwiches, and wraps, microgreens are a culinary delight for restaurants and home kitchens.

Varieties include: anise, arugula, beet, broccoli, carrot, collards, dandelion, fennel, radish, red cabbage, wasabi, and watercress.
